I took a pregnancy test today in preparation to be put on some meds to help jump start things. We gotta make sure we're not preggers before taking a medicine like that. The test came back just like I suspected, not pregnant....again. Well I guess the birthday sex didnt stick either. *sigh*
The nurse called on behalf of the dr today at 9am. The results did indeed come back from the blood tests with a slightly elevated testosterone level. Now this could be "slightly" like the thyroid was and fall back into place eventually OR it could be the "slightly" that means it's been that way forever and I'll need meds to regulate it. I wont know until my follow up with her in September. In anycase, I wouldnt be surprised if this has been the reason why some of our "sessions" aint stuck yet (even the ones we had when I KNOW I was ovulating). She's going to be calling in a 'script for me today to help jump start things *again* (insert eyeroll here). It wasnt Provera she mentioned though. They're going a different route. I *THOUGHT* she said Progesta...but looking that up I think Im remembering it wrong. It's possible that she said Prometrium, I'll let you know when I get the medicine in hand. We'll be picking it up on Friday...his payday.

Yep I sure have Tori. Gets kinda depressing thinking that maybe, just maybe this time things stuck only to find that big ole negative marker on the test.
